I am a new customer to Fiber Luxe. I attempted to care for my horse blankets myself in my washing machine. After a few expensive visits from the washing machine repairman, I decided there had to be a better way. I called Fiber Luxe and was quoted prices that were very reasonable. I have horses with allergies and Pat was very patient with all of my questions regarding the cleaning process. My blankets were returned to me cleaner, fresher smelling and expertly folded in a handy see through cover. Fiber Luxe has done an outstanding job cleaning and repairing my blankets for over 2 years. They are on time and deliver blankets when they say they will. Other companies give excuses as to why they are taking MONTHS to get blankets cleaned and repaired. Fiber Luxe returns them in a timely manner AND will go out of their way to make sure you get them when you need them. Fiber Luxe has been cleaning my horses blankets for many years. I certainly appreciate their expert care when laundering my horses blankets as well as the perfect repairs they perform. My horses live outside and can be quite hard on their clothes, ripping blankets or bending clasps etc.  Fiber Luxe has helped preserve those expensive blankets with their excellent repair work using exceptional materials and hardware. I am so glad they do what they do! I especially love the waterproofing they do! My horses stayed dry due to the great waterproofing job they did on my blankets! We here at Fair Play Farm just Love Fiber Luxe, Pat & Mitch! Our blankets are picked up and delivered in a timely fashion. They are cleaned to an almost new look and waterproofed and repaired as needed. There is such attention to detail that satisfies even the pickiest of persons. Our blankets are returned in zippered bags to keep them in that clean condition until you need them. We also have been treated with such honesty and integrity. When Pat says the blanket just needs to find a new job due to cost vs value we do just that and replace it. If there is ever a question or problem, Pat responds personally to remedy any issues.
